brief  Create a visual identity for the space which reflected the multinational nature of the student body.

design response  This infographic wall mural is a numerical re-interpretation of the globe.  Using the existing curve of the wall, data including capital cities, oceans, volcanoes and mountains were located numerically on their exact longitudinal reference points. The name "arc"refers both to the curve of the building and the gathering of students from such a wide range of countries and cultures.

design response  The company wanted the brand to stand apart from their competition.  The result was concept driver based on a simple dot screen.  The concept, while understated, appealed to the Client as it reflected their aim of achieving a balance between society, the economy and the environment.

brief  Create a vibrant, distinctive play environment designed to be fun & sustainable.   

design response  These dimensional play elements were cut from single sheets of plantation plywood.  Elements were then flat-packed and shipped interstate, where they were re-assembled on site.  This design has now been implemented in other states across Australia.

brief  Create an brand umbrella language for a series of "Plum Tree" businesses.  These included a cafe, providores and online accommodation service for the New England region.

design response  As this was a new Client, we gave them a choice of two different strategies - heritage and contemporary.  The contemporary strategy (shown) made an instant connection with the Client as it cut through the more "conservative" visual identities usually seen in the region.

design response  The goal was to create a dynamic graphic language that can be used in a variety of locations.  Using the existing Fernwood brand language, high contrast b&w images of women of all ages, shapes and sizes were used to create a sense of strength and movement.

brief  The Colette Family approached us to create a family brand with a range of print products designed to document childhood milestones.

design response  The first of these products was a journal series we called "Human Nature".  Based on different aspects of nature, the journals are divided into 5 year milestones of childhood.  "Nest" was the first in the series designed for the 0 - 5 yo age group and uses a series of fun bird illustrations throughout.

design response  The design was to re-use the famous Norfolk Island Pine in a contemporary way.  Photoshop renderings were used to show the potential of reworked spaces and how the new graphics would work in the existing setting.  Project is currently in production.

brief  Create a new visual identity for a wine store in Sydney's Blue Mountains.  

design response  In order to differentiate our client from cheaper, wholesale liquor stores, we created a distinctive monogram mark.  The mark, while understated, reflects the more boutique approach to wine sales shown by our Client.  The mark formed the basis of a rebrand which covered a wide range of touch points including a retail refurbishment and a new online retail presence.

design response  Over the years, the car park had evolved into a disorganised series of ramps and mezzanine levels.  The design solution, based on a language of large format negative cut arrows, utilises colour and simplicity to effectively move traffic around the car park.
